Data protection

Millennial Finance & Investment (hereinafter "we" or "Millennial Finance"), an independent investment and wealth management consulting firm in Geneva, is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected and purposes

We only collect the data necessary for our services:

  • Via the contact form: name, address, email, telephone (to respond to your request for information or advice).

  • As part of our advice and billing: contact details, family situation, assets, investment objectives, bank details for direct payment (for analysis, recommendations and billing).

This data is used for:

  • To process your requests and monitor our relationship (legal basis: contract or legitimate interest).

  • Prepare and archive invoices (legal obligation).

  • Transmit information to Everon AG (FINMA asset manager), partner for management mandates (accounts opened with Everon).

No sensitive data (health, political opinions, etc.) is processed.

Recipients and transfers

  • Sharing with Everon AG (Switzerland) for the execution of mandates.

  • Accounting/banking service provider (Switzerland) for invoicing.

  • Technical providers: Infomaniak (Switzerland) for emails; Google Workspace (Switzerland/EU) for pseudonymized storage (encoded files without direct identification).

Your data is not transferred outside Switzerland/EU without adequate safeguards.

Conservation and security

  • Contact details: deleted after 2 years if there is no active relationship.

  • Consulting and billing data: kept for 10 years after the end of the relationship (legal obligations CO/FINMA).

Secure access (strong authentication, encryption), pseudonymization in our tools.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, or objection (free of charge, by email to [your email]). We will respond within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC): edoeb.admin.ch.
